Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use the AirMind mobile game (“the App”), distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play.

1. Information We Collect

We do not ask users to provide any personal information.

The App does not collect:

• Names, email addresses, or contact details
• Precise location data
• Camera, microphone, contacts, or storage access

No account creation or registration is required. The App does not display a public leaderboard or any feature that shows user-identifiable information to other players.

2. Gameplay and Analytics Data

To improve gameplay balance, difficulty, and the overall user experience, the App collects anonymous gameplay data, such as:

• In-game decisions (correct or incorrect choices)
• Game progression and performance statistics
• Flight outcomes and level completion data

This data is used internally to improve the game and is also returned to you in aggregated, anonymized form inside the App, so you can compare your performance against the overall player base — without identifying any individual player.

Gameplay data is stored on our servers located in the European Union (Poland) and is retained for up to 24 months, after which it is further aggregated or deleted.

3. Advertising and Advertising Identifiers

The App displays advertisements served by Google AdMob. To deliver and measure ads, AdMob processes:

• Your device’s advertising identifier — IDFA on iOS, Android Advertising ID (AAID) on Android
• Ad interaction data (impressions, clicks, completion of rewarded video)
• Basic device and network information required to serve ads

You can reset or limit your advertising identifier at any time in your device settings: on iOS in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking and Apple Advertising; on Android in Settings → Google → Ads.

On iOS, ads served by the App are non-personalized by default. The App does not request App Tracking Transparency permission, which means Google AdMob does not access your IDFA through the App.

4. Children’s Privacy

The App is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us and we will take appropriate action.

5. Your Privacy Rights

For users in the European Economic Area (GDPR): You have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of personal data, the right to data portability, and the right to object to processing. Because the App does not collect data that identifies you personally, most of these rights apply to data processed by Google AdMob — for which Google is the data controller. For any anonymous gameplay data we hold, contact support@adutd.com and we will respond within 30 days. The legal basis for our processing is legitimate interest (improving game quality and serving advertising in a free-to-play app). You may lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.

For users in California (CCPA): We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising beyond what Google AdMob collects under its own policy.

6. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect collected data from unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure. Because the App does not collect personal information directly, the privacy risk to users is minimal.

7. Third-Party Services

The App relies on Google AdMob for advertising and may use anonymous web analytics on this website. These services operate independently under their own privacy policies and terms.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
